Our Story
Matt and Holly Iafeliece bring you Elevated Sandwiches. Opening their very own shop has always been a dream of theirs, it’s finally happened. You can now get regional craft sandwiches along with beer and wine on the North College Corridor.
Matt has extensive history in management of such local favorites as Locality, Door 222 food and drink and the Canyon Chop House as well as the Northern Colorado Sales Rep for Breakthru Beverage with a vast beer, wine and spirits catalog. As the head of the kitchen, he’ll strive to use local ingredients and from scratch values to produce a unique and elevated menu and offer a small, valued wine and beer list to accentuate the cuisine.
Holly will be heading the front of the house operations with over 30 years in the business, she started out working in the family restaurant “ Tom’s Turkey Express “ in LaCrosse, WI where she was instilled with the work ethic and knowledge that will continue with Elevated Sandwiches.
The couple has laid their foundation with 16 years in the Fort Collins area and looks forward to a long success serving the community here for many years to come.
